Approval Process:
Once a form is received, the Memorial Union Admin Office reserves the right to approve or deny the request. Cause for denial includes, but is not limited to; availability, frequency, or redundancy. Approved ads may run for no longer than three weeks, and will be posted no earlier than three weeks prior to the event.
We need at least 48 hours to process and submit the request before it will begin playing.
